a. Private personal service of process is completed by application of ther Hague Convention in such a way, that in the near future, it will not be quashed in your Jurisdiction, and in the future, the judgement obtained based on that service of process will be enforcible in the foreign jurisdiction.  We also forward directly to the Central Authority of the country where service is required. Our prices are very competive and do not include the price of translation.

b. On the other hand, voluntary pretrial depositions are almost imposible to obtain by mean of International Judicial Assistance our solution is private and voluntary, thay are taken by the use of the Hague Convention frame and respecting local laws, or foreign laws. We take in Consular or external territory.
